1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased directly from mihinula.lk
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging
- All labels, seals, receipts, and warranty cards remain intact
Note: Installed or used spare parts cannot be returned, unless proven defective upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Electrical components (e.g., sensors, ECUs, hybrid system parts)
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
- Clearance or discounted items marked “No Return”
- Custom-ordered or specially imported parts
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of:
- Damaged/defective area
- Packaging
- Invoice/receipt
- Our team will verify the claim within 2–5 business days
If approved, you may receive:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A full refund (depending on product availability)
4. Return Procedure

- Ship the item to our designated address (provided after approval)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped by us.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Store credit
- Original payment method (where applicable)
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.
6. Warranty Claims
For items covered under manufacturer or seller warranty:
- Warranty covers only manufacturing defects
- It does not cover wear-and-tear, improper installation, water damage, or accidents
- Warranty processing times vary depending on the part and manufacturer
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible but returns may be requested under the normal policy.
